KX60 HELP! In need of rebuild!
Friar-Tuck:
I'm wondering why the brake won't slide off... Does it look like it got hit by a rock, or is it just rusted on there Chris?
Something is certainly fishy here...
Hope all went well with The DR. School is just around the corner I hope you can get this stuff worked out before then.

Hey guys,
The brake will not come loose or come off...It doesnt look like it got hit by a rock and its rust free...I have school in 15 days....Oh and Tuck! the jets came today! I owe you! I didnt have time to put the jets in today but ill go ahead and put them in tomorrow...Can you explain what I should do with them....What do I try first? Thanks a bunch!
CHris
Friar-Tuck:
Hey, You don't have to put the amount out there, go back and edit that out please.
Besides you are gonna send me back the ones don't need Right? You only pay for the ones you keep.
plus I sold another chainsaw, so my Honey won't be missing any of the money, and if I pay it back in 30 days there is no interest .
I certainly don't have alot of money but am willin' to share what we do have.
My wife and daughter are not having to "do without" so I can do little things like sending on the jets or what ever. I only have a few rules to live by my Boss gave me in a Book it's MY Service Manual, The Acronym Spells out Believers Instructions Before Leaving Earth or BIBLE :-D
Now back to the task at hand...
Look around your house for a small magnifying glass, those pilot jet #'s are hard to read.
Check you notes on the size of the pilot for the KX. I got one size smaller and two larger, (I think)
Put the next size larger and warm up the bike.
Give me a call after 8:00 my time and we'll go from there.
Basically it's just better or worse senario just like before.
I think you said you printed out one of the sheets for jetting and have it in the garage... That's what we need to follow.
Rats it's 2:35 Got to sleep,

Friar-Tuck:
O.K. Sorry Chris, It was late and I was bushed.
I hope the bike is runnin' better.

chris-mets:
Hey Tuck,
Sorry for the amount! I edited it out...That was the plan for me to send back the ones I didnt use and pay for the ones I did use!
So your saying go in the garage, read what pilot the kx has in it and put the next size larger and start it up and you will automatically see if it worked? Thanks
Chris
