KTM dude, won't go into the oil mixture, but it's ran well for 10 years on 50:1.  Maybe 32:1 when running the thing WFO like a professional motocross racer for 40 min at a time is necessary.  Did you clean the carb completely and be sure nothing is plugging the main jet?  Easy to check the compression also.  Just a thought.   B.O.
