What about plug color? You tried a new plug? Silencer is clear of obstruction? Needle position?, mixture screw is how many turns out?

Its kinda confusing me too. If it starts easy, when pushed, and runs great, except on top-end or through the mid, it sounds like more than one thing. Are you sure the reeds are sealing? or maybe fat on settings, but that doesn't explain easy to push start. Leaning the main out should let it clean out while revving in neutral. The needle adjustment gets you the powerband mid, and pilot deals with starting and idling.

What happens when you give it full throttle? when starting and also when running in neutral?

Yes new plug, air skrew is 3 turns don't know (what is mxiter skrew?) silencer is clear, piston look like new. top end very good, low end very weak form 1ste to 2nde when powerband kick in it is alright but without powerband very very weak.

Air screw =mixture screw. Same thing. Now that makes more sense, the way you describe it there. I thought you were sayin' it had no top end and ran well on bottom.
The first thing I would check is the pilot jet for debris. 3 turns out is a long way out. I would also check to see that the powervalve is not stuck open. Also could be flooding still, and the top end power uses up the extra fuel till it cleans out. How's the reeds? What was the plug color?
