Motorrad:
lookin sharp.   whos rads are those?

climber05:
Ebay rads. Theyre by a company called auto power and they actually fit pretty nice compared to what ive heard about other aluminum rads. They are cheap 100 bucks

climber05:
Old plastics are back on now. Discovered that I had the wrong clutch cable and still need 2 chain o rings but thats it some mix and coolant and ill be layin the roost

Congratulations!
Cost?
That is subjective at best.
What does it cost for a new bike?
You can't go down and buy a new KX500 at your local Kawi dealer for any price.
And then there is the joy of a job well done  :-D

Not to mention the wide eyed stares of fear from other riders as you are sitting on your K5 and the dirt is jumping off the ground as it idles in a rare controlled moment of restrained fury... Soon,,, soon...  :-D

Nice bike!

climber05:
Thanks. At first I hated using the old plasti s now ive grown to like it. Everything performance is clean new and looking sharp and the plastics look 0 fnk5 given is got a really race ready appeal I think
