fitting wheels from a kxf.
Dutch-K5 Fan:
On http://www.braking.com/it/home/home_redirect.php you can find
the sizepatern of diskbrake.

Looks that in 06 kawasaki changed disk patern.
I believe hub width hasn't changed over the years.

03 rear hub is different that 02 rear hub, wheels that would fit the 03 and later would use the larger rear rotor, so if you want to use hubs for an 03 or newer on a 500 or a 02 or older 250 you would need to come up with a smaller rear disc or modify a newer brake caliber to fit your older bike. the rotor is only something like 10mm larger so maybe there is enough clearance with the caliper to allow it to fit.

Ok, I finally got around to measuring my 07 KX250F Rear wheel.
Stamped: PFD - 0025 -
AXLE OD: 25MM -
Outside of BRG TO outside of BRG 133MM -
ROTOR OD 240MM -
ROTOR BOLT CIRCLE 4 ON 133MM -
SPROCKET BOLT CIRCLE 6 ON 150MM
FITS 07-08 KX250F KX450F Possibly others.
2000 K5
Stamped R-1237 -
AXLE OD 20MM -
Outside of BRG TO outside of BRG 130MM -
ROTOR OD 220MM -
ROTOR BOLT CIRCLE 6 ON 116MM -
SPROCKET BOLT CIRCLE 6 ON 150MM -
FITS 97-98 KX125 & 250, 97-04 KX500, in fact it fit's all the way back to 1989 but the hubs are a different casting.
So, the wheels will swap, the sprockets will interchange, BUT the rotors will not interchange.

I need to ask Warp 9 what rotor app they are using. I will call them in the morning.

Goat:
Do they make bearings that will fit in the KXF hub but still use the 20mm K5 axle? Or would you have to drill out the swing arm for the 5mm difference in axle diameter?
