But why was the cylinder dry but exhaust black of oil?175 ml 2 stroke on 6 liters

What oil are you using.  Your ratio is 34:1 which is very rich compared to what I run.  If the bike only ran a short while, the dry/oily look may not be a true indicator.  It is very possible to have the timing very far advanced (by mistake) during a rebuild.  The engine will only run for minutes before it melts.  I did that once and the piston melted in 3 minutes. We need some pics and more info to really help you. Cam.

Try to get pictures of the side of the motor without the flywheel on so we can see how the stator was set up.

Hi guys will add tomorow pics, my carb was jet ti a 250 main jet and 60 pilot is that wright?? kawasaki says that it must be 172main 55 pilot but wont start with that jets?
