Got a shock and a swing arm on the way... any suggestions for the front end? I was thinking Yamaha yz450 shocks. Do those make for good super moto shocks? And I'm looking at a custom triple clamp. What degree should I have it made at?

KX1000 twin.... Sweet!!!  :-D
The four stroke engine: That's one stroke for producing power and three for wearing the engine out.

What factor did u balance at? and what year type cranks are they?

Be very carefull handling them as is takes very little to untrue a unwelded kx crank :-)
very little crank pin diameter in webs  {about 15mm  in kx/ a cr5 has about 22mm and a thicker pin, this makes the kx crank very easy to move out of true
a pic to compare

One crank is from a 94 the other is from a 98.
I had a shop do the work so I'm not sure what the balance factor is. The shop I had it done at was pinsonnault racing and he only needed to know what piston I was going to run and in this case it was a 86mm wossner

The cranks look a bit unusual with the alignment  holes { seen these on works crank /think alward25  has one }
none of my 89on cranks have holes

most  shops use 50% factor /sometimes the scib the info between the webs,can be hard to see
think motorrad had his crank done at 60%
 always nice to know what factor your running and how it feels in differant chasssic etc
good luck with the build,

I would  Use  oem crank bearings and I would not use lockite on crank journal flywheel side
