If you only want to replace the clevis use a 12mm wrench on hte nut, use a cresent wrench on the clevis, loosen the jam nut on the clevis and then unscrew the clevis from the shaft. It is p[ossible to remove the shaft, but i'm not sure there is such a thing as an aftermarket shaft.
