now im jealous, im pretty bummed about the laws CA has about plating bikes. yeah im a big fan of corral canyon for day rides. do you race D38? ive been thinking about giving it a shot, everytime i get serious about something came up at school or work. you race the 500? yup i have a few vintage bikes. the silver/red stripe is a 74 YZ125A, yellow fender is a SC500 roller(got it for free with a blown motor, sold the motor and the rest i cant get rid of and dont have the heart to cut up and trash), in the very back is my wifes 85 XR100R, and the blue YZ250F. ive always rode old bikes til i got the 250F, the older bikes had personality and were always a lot of fun.

im 28, dont worry its not hard to keep up with me. like i said before i used to only ride old bikes, you can only go so hard and fast on 4 inches of travel. i have only recently got kinda serious about riding as much as i can, maybe the past 8 months or so. mainly because i want to race some D38 races this fall. your going to have to fill me in on those loop holes for plates.

Welcome aboard!
I'm a transplant from San Diego now living in Las Vegas for 12 years. Spent 22 years between Coronado, Imperial Beach, North Island and Ramona (12) years!
Since leaving Kalifornia and an 11% state tax bracket I can afford a new dirt bike every two years and for the most part ride any type of bike any where any time of the year in Nevada! Haven't looked back since 2000. I grew up in Central Kalifornia in a place called Paso Robles!
Welcome aboard!

NICE, i moved here from Utah 6 years ago when i joined the navy. i miss the freedom of riding pretty much anywhere that public land, and not having to deal with riding sticker seasons. it seems like you are penalized for getting new bikes. with such high taxes you think they would encourage you to buy more new bikes so the state can get their hands in that pot of money also. but im here and im making do with what i got, or what CA will allow me to have.
