Ok guys. I went ointo the garage and looked at the rear brake. I took the return spring off. Then I unbolted the plunger cylinder thing off ofthe frame. Then I disconnected the plunger from the pedal and the plunger moves perfect! The issue is that the rear brake pedal part that goes into the frame and is held by that brad clip is not moving. I tried hammering out the brake pedal from the frame but its not coming out..So now we know the cylinder and plunger is good. But the pedal is not moving in the frame. I tried wd40 and hammering it out and it just wont come out. Ill try more...Thanks

Chris

try ta let it soak and then move it up n down a while to free it up.
soak it good with wd40 then check it the next day.

Friar-Tuck:

 Now we're getting somewhere..

If I'm understanding you correctly the pin coming off the frame that supports the brake lever has something holding the brake pedal assembly from moving freely.

There is a cotter pin (#4)  are some  washers (#2) and (#5) on the inside of the frame holding the brake pedal assembly on.
Remove the cotter pin, pull the washer off and the brake assembly should come off.
(Sorry I can't post the pic, right click on the link and open a new window)
