Hey Flyin Hawaiian, What is the capacity of the 05 - 07 tank you used?  and that tank looks like it would be a good fit for my 01 frame, any idea how it might fit in a 99 - 02 frame? 

I had a IMS 3.2Gallon tank on mine, but after SO MUCH "massaging" I destroyed the bottom of the tank beyond repair and had to junk it.

The Flyin Hawaiian:
Its a 3.0 gallon I believe. Not sure how it would fit on the older frame, you would have to use the 03 up shrouds. If you do try it, make sure you get a tank for the 05 up KX250 only. The 03-04 look the same but wont work. Same with the 03-07 KX125.

I tried to put a 94-98 stock tank in my 2000 frame won't fit

I only have 03 up KXs. Thanks for the compliment! Hopefully Ill have it done within a few months. Been trying to get other projects out of the way.
