Hello from Massachusetts
GREENKAW24:
I don't have any pics of the setup yet, but I could take some. The power valve is locked open and the center flap was welded at the hinge and the whole thing was ground so it didn't protrude into the bore and also so it didn't protrude down in the exhaust port. If I remember correctly I don't think it would work anyways with the big bore. We don't need the power valve much for our type of hills out here. On my 500 anyways I didn't notice any difference in my holeshots whether it was functional or locked open. The bore is 74mm with the '72mm stroke of the '98 bottom end.

What I meant by nationally was the AMA Sports National Hillclimbs, that are held once a year, in '08 it was held in Waterford, Ohio.

Ahh, yeah, I thought about that later. I think I saw you at the NAHA here in Indiana. Yes, No? " At the Brown County East/West Shootout? Nationals is basically Pro-level. I always think of it as super high level of competition, and had a brain fart. I would have went, but they weren't having stock classes, and you had to be pre-registered. Some guys from here, still went, and i heard thet took some late entries, and had stock classes. Still, they spent alot, and faced some serious competition. Heard where they're having it this year?
