With the break he had I think I would have cried like a baby. He did'nt shed a tear until the xray tech lifted his elbow to put the cartridge under it. She did'nt even ask for help. I'm an EMT/Firefighter and went over and picked up his whole arm and got the cartridge under it. When I went through EMT class our instructors always said the best way to know how to handle a broken bone is to have one of your own to take care of. You learn quickly what not to do and how carefully you want it handled.
BTW he's doing really good already, he said there's very little pain.

Went to the Ortho Dr today. He said 4 more weeks in the immobilizer. Took the 15 staples out where the bone came out and at the incision to put the steel rod in. They said they could get the xrays on CD for me so maybe I'll be able to post some picks after the next 4 weeks are up.
