Wow! A Classic indeed Alan. But I doubt it is going to go cheap?  I bet that would be a blast to haul-ass down a green pasture with.

I could also imagine the kick back would kill.

This one isn't quite as big (430), but it's pretty easy to kick... once you know how! Got it for $795 and spent almost as much on the shocks.

My uncle and his mate had one o' them CR500's. 4-speed trans.

They reckoned the only use for 4th was pulling away cuz you'd flip it in any other gear. :-o

...Think they were mad enough to ride it on the road as well...

I loved the old Huskies. Had a `75 175, a `76 360, an `85 400, several `87 430`s, and a `97 610. The last one I had was a 430 and that cured me of wanting Huskies forever. The parts are seriously hard to get here in the US and cost PLENTY! A 430 piston cost $415 back in 2000. Too bad cause I loved the 6-speed wide ratio gearboxes. They had a nice top end. Except the 175 of course.
