1989kawasaki:
you should just paint an oem one black , but since you ordered an acerbis its too late to get oem
sniper1:
I have a ufo and acerbis in black for a 250 and they are twice the thickness of OEM a much higher quality part for starters and then I have everything in black and green and I might as well go all out coming as far as I have already.
sniper1:
They are not all the same I have a UFO kx250 mud flap for a 91-92 kx 250 and it's too narrow then I have an acerbis mud flap for a 97 kx 250 and it's too narrow and when I say too narrow I'm talking 1.5" so I can't even drill a hole in them and make them work they are too small but bikebandit thought they were all the same too and so did cheap cycle parts but they have found out they are not the same and the only years kx250 mud flap that will fit the k5 are 88-89 according to a kawasaki dealership in michigan so I'm hoping they are right or this will be my 3rd kx250 mud flap that doesn't fit.
Can you do me a favor 89kaw? can you measure your mudflap holes and tell me how far apart they are in inches if possible and if they are straight accross from each other or if the right side bolt is a little lower than the left looking at it from the rear.
The UFO flap I have is 3" center to center of the holes and my k5 is 5.5" from center to center of bolt holes same with acerbis it doesn't have the holes drilled but the entire flap is only 4" wide.
1989kawasaki:
i can get those measurements tommorow, cause i am not at home at the moment
