v force 3 to leave the insert or not?

Anyone ever done a before and after dyno with a spacer? I wonder what the ideal distance is.

Hey Craz,
 It only takes about thirty minutes to install and remove the stuffer, maybe you could give us your opinion on what worked best for you.
  Not only would the stuffer keep the air moving smoothly through the assembly, (Laminar Flow-Goat) But wouldn't it also increase the velocity of the air/fuel mix
 (venturi effect-Bernoulli's Principle:http://home.earthlink.net/~mmc1919/venturi.html )
  and help "pack" the crankcase?
