V2 screws coming loose

I have aways worried about reed screws coming loose too. So I have always  used lock-tite on those screws. Never had any come loose and hope to keep it that way.

If I remember right, years ago when VF 2's came out, there was actually a recall on those (the screws were in fact loosening up). I believe that is why VF 2's were only on the market for a short while, then they came out with VF 3's. Might want to give a call to Moto Tassari, and get the specific details....

If thread is wornout in plastic,replace stock bolts with V-shaped and counterzink holes and place the nuts above (opposites) with nylonloc nut and loctite. :wink:

If I remember from my RC car days, you shouldn't loctite into plastic. It makes the plastic soft. They use a bit of superglue instead.
