Gnarley pipe
martinfan30:
Will it fit under my IMS 3.6 gallon tank?
Also I understand its a better bottom-mid range power pipe than stock? Does top end go away?
With stock reeds, will it make any difference?

here a pic of mine with ims tank. it cleared but just barely. bike pulled hard off the bottom but seemed to flatten out up top.

SO is the top end still good? Heres a pic of mine. Notice the bash plate. Think that pipe will fit with it?
KXcam22:
Nope, not without some mods. The lower portion is fatter and has a different curve. Excellent pipe but it takes quite a bit of "rush" off the top end. I liked it since I typically ride fastest using midrange power and short-shifting. Not a pipe for screaming through the desert. For MX it would be awesome. Cam.

Well, I dont MX. I ride alot of single track here, and the bottom end is still good enough for me with stock pipe. And the FMF ISDE can.
I also do lots of desert stuff and want to keep what top end I have. So that pipe sounds like it isnt for me.\
Ideas for more power without losing topend, and maintaing the bottom end?
