Introduction to my bike.
« on: December 24, 2008, 06:07:01 AM »
Hello.

I just joined and decided to give some information about my ride.

I currenly ride a kx125. It has been modified to a "supermotard". The bike has been completely rebuilt in last two years. Bike is modified from a 1994 KDX125. Low end is stock and top end was replaced from 1991 kx125 (bolt on). All the plastics are replaced with 03 model plastics. Front fork is from 91 kx too. Rear shock is from 92 yz125. It basically doesnt have nearly anything stock. I thinks stock parts are brake calipers, frame and low end. Also some parts have been polished like clutch cover, front fork and rear fork (btw its from  kx250). And of course, the new wheels with akront rims.

The bike is road legal in Finland. Someone somehow succeeded to registry it as an enduro bike.  Registration certification says 7 kw. I think it may be a little more nowadays   :-D

What do you think of my bike?

Welcome to KXRiders! That bike looks amazing. I've wanted an SM for years but havent even come close to one yet. Looks like that thing would be way too much fun on the road!
