Which one to choose?
For silencers the Powercore 2 or the TurbineCore 2 ?
And for pipes the fatty or the Gnarly ?
Which is the best set for this engine?

I have a fatty on mine but the pipe went on the day the enigine went in so I cant give you a comparison from stock but I can tell you the power was a lot smoother than my 03 engine was with a pc pipe

My 00 came with a PC pipe and stock silencer. I bought a FMF Fatty and Turbine Core 2 and holy crap. Way better then the PC system. I did not have to mess with the jetting or anything. It depends on the riding you do. I ride wide open desert so I like the Fatty and Turbine Core 2, if you ride woods then the Gnarly would be the best to go. I don't know what the difference is between the 2 silencers so I would call FMF on that.

I use the FMF Turbine Core II Q and love it. I ride on public land and by law must have something that is US Forest approved (spark arrester). If / when I replace my pipe I'll most likely go with the FMF Gnarly because it is heavy duty and designed for torque. I might also consider the SST because it claims 10-13% HP gain.
