doordie:
Sorry Gowen!
Didn?t see your question.
I have milled the flywheel, but don?t remember how much.
I will post the answer later when I measured it.
You have to mill a new cone with the 125cc flywheel and you reduce the strenght by doing that.Calculate, and it maybe is "no problem".
It?s a winner for high rpm-racing.
gowen:
Hmm. I am still considering trying the kx125 ignition. But, I did call about the PVL ignition and they only sell the entire ignition system which runs from them at $501. Not too bad, but here is what I'm worried about, I read that doordie has used special high RPM bearings? Should I think about that before changing the flywheel? I'm a bit worried! I wil try the KX deal and let you guys know, if it does not work, I will give PVL a shot. I will also check to see if one pops up on ebay or something like that!
Thanks
kawdude:
I'd like to know what a high rpm bearing is. I bet its one with a looser fit.
mikesmith:
I not sure your crank is trued/balanced,but if your going WFO a lot I'd suggest it.
mikesmith:
Good eye Kawadude, how'd that ".if" get included?
