Doordie,
Is this a Rekluse product, your own creation or both? If you have your foot on the rear brake and gas it, will the motor die? Would you describe the engagement as immediate or gradual. Did you mention earlier that you spaced the clutch cover 10mm to clear the new part?

doordie:
hangtime,it?s a modified Rekluse produkt with "little" help of Rekluse to solve what
combo I should start with to modifie as easy as possible.
I spaced it 10mm to clear for Rekluse clutch are wider than stock clutchpack.
If I gas it with brake on,it will slipp and not die,but if you do that for a long time it will burn for sure.
You can tune in your engagement as you want with the perchadjustern!

hangtime:
Which rekluse package did you start with? Any specs you want to give away?
Thanks again.

AJ:
i really like the rekluse clutches on the CR5's

since rekluse doesnt make one for the KX500,

like hangtime i would be very interested in what rekluse you started with ?  kx250?
and what other mods it took..

(spacing isnt a big problem)

that lexan cover is also very cool !!
nice work!

I've attached photos of my 2005 KX 250f/500, it is primarily in this thread because of the removeable clutch cover. It was a real pain to fabricate but it came out quite well, due to its location the return spring for the brake pedal had to be removed, The return spring is now on the master cylinder and works as well as the stock spring did. The pipe is a Pro Circuit for a KX 500 modified to fit, it is the same length as stock. I do have a standard swingarm set up that can be changed in 10 minutes. Rides like a cadillac.
