Nice don46 8-)

Here we go to let the secret out "how to..."of my Rekluse! :-D

You have to shorten your stock clutchpull and match it thoghter with a spaceball and rekluse throwout.
Very carefully measure everything and cut a little bit and put it
in again and see if it fits.
DON`T loose that spaceball inside tranny!
After many test I come up with 0.7-0.8 mm of installed gap between drivplates.
All slots with Tungstenballs and not any steelballs (30).
This takes time and many apart/thoghter movement, but it will be worth it for sure!
Perchadjustern is a part you have to get to make it working awesome.

So:
1 Rekluse RMS160 for a Suzuki DRZ400
1 Perchadjuster
30 Tungstenballs
1 Steel spacerball
6 Shims
1 modified clutchcover

Next time a take mine apart I will measure everything exactly.

My account number is......

Thanks for the info Doordie.
I'm going to do the same setup, rekluse is on it way.  Had use the rekluse in two other bikes now and love it, i just hope the start model is as good as the pro models that i used in the past.

No problem  8-)
I?m training hard now for Gotland Grand National with Rekluse set-up.

gortex:
How is got your clutch setup?, I'm running the harder spring with no spacer washer and all steel balls.
What the difference with the steel balls to the Tungsten ones etc.
Clutch has being worn in now, and just needs some tuning
Did some maize paddock racing and the bike was great i love the rekluse.
