New Guy, Hello to everyone!!

I found this sight while looking for information on my Kx500. I found some really good topics and wanted to be part of it. I'm 38 years old / Firefighter who still loves to ride. I've had motorcycles since I was 6 years old. Last week I stumbled across a 2000 model Kx500 and talked the wife into letting me get it. WOW, I have never set my tail on anything like this. The bike is real nice, still had the original back tire, just needs a little cleaning. I'm looking forward to meeting some you guy's and pulling from your knowledge about these beast.  Hi Chopper, welcome to the site. Hope you enjoy the KX500, you have selected a fast fun bike.  My back tires only look new for a week or two. I wear off at least one a summer sometimes two. With  that said, I am guessing your bike has very low hours on it.   John

WOW!!  that is freaky!!  I am 38-firefighter-riden since I was 6/7-bought a 2000KX5-  My long lost twin??     Where you live?   Welcome to the site
