lol. I can't wait to see the end product. This is along the lines of what I'd like to build myself.

Hangtime,
What ex. pipe did you use? Looks like a Pro Circuit CR500?

hangtime:
Howdy Fusion,
The bulk of the pipe is CR500, (it hurts just to type that). But three sections were borrowed from a stock KX pipe. The cuts are for a few reasons. One was to get the stinger aligned. Two was to attatch the stock exhaust flange so it would go into the cylinder head. Three was to miss the bottom of the left radiator (1/4") . Four was to get as close the same distance from pipe at cylinder, to largest part of expansion chamber as the KX specs.  Five was to miss the coolant tube on the right side of the cylinder. This all took four hands and eyes and two hours. You really need  a second person to watch the other side and hold the pipe like no clamp could. I have found someone that makes a nice cone pipe for around $350, but I would have to leave the bike there and his shop is two hours away. Someday I'll have hime make one.

Fusion1:
Hang,
What shop is that? I have a pipe project that's needs to be done too...

Go to inlandatv.com and ask Guy (the owner)them who makes their pipes. You can see a couple examples of their work on that site.
