The engine is officially in. Reed spacer, Rad valve, Kehin PWK, KX500 boot to airbox, and a plastic adapter plate. All in all not too hard

I'm in aw right now, that motor and everything else just looks so nice, I can't wait to see the end product and how everything works out. Just curious too if when your finished up, if we could get some sort of a price list or just the overall cost of a project like this.

I finally took it for a ride today, just up and down the street with a lot of caution. The jetting seems on but I hear some ticking. I'm not sure if it is vibration or what, but more riding will help hunt down the noise. I still don't have the new kickstarter, but the old bumpstart technique fired up the beast immediately.
