Is your dealer a Parts Unlimited dealer :?:  Parts Unlimited has everthing you need. May need to contact Mooose Racing. Do a seach for Moose Racing I am unsure of their website name. Got a local machine shop near by :?:  It can be made out of 3/8 alumn. stock. I made mine on a mill use the gasket as a pattern.

Mine is a Moose and it did come from a Parts Unlimited dealer! They are way to cheep to have a machine make one for you! I have a small machine shop as a part of my business and I wouldn't even make one for my self!

As I recall the width was .308 not .375 if you were go that extra little bit your carb will hit the frame!

EDKX  I  too got mine from a Parts Unlimited dealer and it is a moose. I have a plasma cutter and a vertical mill but decided that I cannot make one for $25 ( USD) By time I bought six longer bolts, two reed gaskets, the aluminum, I would be close to Twenty bucks. Then to spend two hours cutting and milling the spacer only to "save" five bucks, I realized that the Moose product is a good deal for $25. I am sure if I tried to wheel and deal I could have gotten a discount . I hope someone close to you sells Moose products and perhaps you could even find a used one at a bike salvage yard.

Thanks guys, I'll check with some other dealers.
