Need to replace my right side main engine casings 98 kx 250

 Hi Im restoring a Kx 98 250,and looking for a right side main engine casing anyone got one, heard any will do from 98 /04 im in the rep of ireland looking to get one asap

Cases are not the same in 03/04. Here is a 94-03 base gasket, you can see the difference in the case on the intake side.

This is an 04 base gasket.

I would look for a 94-03 case.

I see what you mean that narrowes the search for me
There's some right side casings for sale on eBaby but there so expensive
Will try calling some mx breakers see if they any
Seems to of been a weak point on these bikes

Also I believe the shift fork rods are bigger on the 03 and some of the bearing sizes changed. Im not sure when that happened though. There is a guy on ThumperTalk that goes by the name of No1clyde that can send you in the right direction. He is most active in the Kawi 2t forums. Look up KDX trans swap. He has a pretty detailed thread and knows the differences in the cases for the KX250.
