Kawasaki KX 250 collar dimensions

Hello, all!
I'm currently rebuilding my KX 250 and I have a question. I wonder what are the dimensions of the 'collar' part situated on the toothed rack which opertates the KIPS valve? I got the bike without it and would like to make a new one. On the image on the link underneath this is part number 92143.
Could anyone please measure it and share the dimesions?

Hey Nothin. I have a '99 that's still apart. My part number matches yours, will get some measurements for you tonight.

Hi Nothin, does this help? Thought you'd prefer inches if you are American. So took photos for you of inches and mm for whichever you prefer.
