Newbie
« on: October 14, 2014, 07:23:27 PM »
Hi all,
Just a quick hello in and introduction , I am from England and just purchased a 1991 kx125 as a non runner I have never done anywork what so ever on bikes so I downloaded a workshop manual and stripped it down fitted a new piston @ ring , new Conrod , bearings and give it a service and to my surprise it is now back to life and pleasantly suprised on how quick she is for an old girl.

It's just for a bit of fun to go to the tracks with my 9 yr old son who has a ktm65 (sorry) but we love it had great fun out together in them

well I am sure I have bored you enough

Regards Perry

Hello Perry and welcome to Kxriders.
We speak KTM here as well as a few other languages  :-D
If you have any pics of your bike and your build, post them up as we would love to see them.

Now he has got the hang of the basic things I will start taking him to slightly more advanced tracks plus it's been over 20yrs since I had a  bike and it's a good experience to ride and enjoy a hobby with my son
