Hey guys,
Just brought this bike home last weekend as a winter project. Looks and sounds to be in great shape for it's age. The biggest issue I have found is the rear shock needs a rebuild and I need a spark arrester for it.
for a spark arrester for this bike and found the Pro Circuit and a universal FMF. When I looked at the universal FMF one it shows that it covers 200cc-500cc. Well I have a brand new KX500 Pro Circuit 296 that I am not using and I know I can adapt it to the expansion pipe.
My question is would the Pro Circuit 296 for a KX500 being larger diameter effect performance. Any thoughts on this?
