Austria which is next to Germany. The video is of a race they hold once a year and it's called the Erzberg Rodeo. You can google a bunch of the races online. Another fun one is the Romaniacs. A similar type of race held in Romania.

The first one looks like a blast & I'm all in but that second one is just work, some serious skill no doubt but .... ughh
