Title: Is the KLX 450F frame the same as a KX450F

Hello everyone, Is the KXL 450F frame the same as a KX 450F.  Since I live in northern California it?s nice to have a registered Green sticker bike to be able to ride at the local OHV parks year round.  I came across a clean 2008 KLX 450F bike that is still bone stock.
