Curious as to how you did your headstay? Looks like you didn't do any welding but came up with some type of bracket arrangement?

I notice the service honda one does not have the looped coolant hose on the cylinder. Have they altered the pipe ?? or what.
About to start my build and this is the only thing I'm not keen on

no the service one is a 08 .. as far as I'm aware they only put the coolant hose loop in to avoid it touching the exhaust so I'm told .. but i still don't really understand why its in .. both of those don't have the loop and they both run fine . . one will be up for sale soon if you guys want to skip the build process .. both are on 2008 chassis .

Trying to track a down a pipe for my build. SH don't have any, not sure when they will get the next batch. Is that a DEP system on one of your bikes? Not too fussed on the look of the cone system, looks a bit "antwacky". But just want to get on and get it done now. Any info would be appreciated!
