What is the best top end kit for the kx? Racing the bikes not just trail riding

If you are talking piston kits , then they have to be Wiseco , they are forged pistons , I'm not sure but I don't think any of the other piston makers are forged. If your talking total top end rubuild with porting there are alot of good guys out there but there are alot of guys that promise big performance and charge alot of money for carb & intake mods that just aren't worth it . Eric gore's forward motion is one of the best places to send your top end to have it done, he is by far the value for the dollar, his top end packages include over boring , cylinder plating , piston & gasket set ,porting and head mods usually for less than you would spend for cylinder plating, piston & gaskets. I've have also had great results from Pro-Action , they also do engine mods besides suspension , they are a little more pricey but it was worth it. I have had a few 60 & 80's and still do feel free to contact me with any questions.CBX
