Title: KX500af radiator hose set up
Post by: 500donk on October 06, 2010, 04:33:09 AM
Hi there, just wondering if anybody out there can help with the radiator hose setup for the KX500af I'am building. I'am using an 08 kx450f frame. I've brought radiator hoses from service honda for their kx500af's and was going to modify the 450f radiator inlets and outlets to match the service honda setup. Does anyone have a diagram or can describe the exact hose setup of the service honda kx500af? Or even suggest another setup?:?

a little off the subject but i was looking for some hoses for my k5 project and came across this stuff on ebay. i think this would do for the inverted water intake on the k5 cylinder. there are alot of other bends and sizes aviliable too, the price is good

That is a heap cheaper then the hoses that I brought from Service Honda. Looks like it would be a good option though if they dont kink like they say.
