The title's pretty self-explanatory but I need help. Can't find anyone who makes anything less than a 44t. Hoping for 39 or 40 for my local track. Any help would be very appreciated.
Cheers!

These guys will make custom sprockets.

Sprocket Specialists makes custom ones down to ,I believe, 38.
Chris products has a 36/37, I think. CBX can verify this one.
and Rebel Gears also has custom sprockets. Never used one on my 500, so I'm not sure on sizes.
I've used Sprocket Specialist for over 10 yrs with great results, and have heard good things on the other two places I've also mentioned.

ditto on sprocket specialists. i bought a 40t from them for my kx. it was made to order, and i had it in a week.

I run JT steels on my supermoto, have both 42 and 45 that are not customs.

Vortex makes sprockets for me, the lowest I've bought was a 42t. The sprockets are top quality

I've just posted this on another gearing thread but I have Renthal sprockets on mine in 16/42 and as I just checked to see what they had as options I know that they do a 17 front and a 41 rear.
I imagine that the 17 would requite removal of the sprocket cover but the 16 didn't on mine.
I'm not on commission for Renthal by the way, just remembered what's on mine.

JT Steel works well, available for example on Amazon. Last a long time and hold up to the 500 pretty well.
Works better with a good chain. Have a 44 right now, got a long time out of a 43.
