Title: super tiny mini motard project

now i ve gotten in to this little funproject
guess which color it will proudly carry  8-)


tyre size 3.00x4
49 cc 2S engine automatic
rideheight approx. 15 inch

it will be fun to build ,i will keep it updated  :lol:
this is the bike im tearing down for my plans ,
it was a racer ,it will turn into a tiny mini sumo kx

i,ve decided that my spare k5 motor will be put to use in the tiny motard  :lol: :lol:

no kiddin  :-D

it would be a thrill tho,guess i ll go with the motor it has ,safer ..
im gathering parts,it will have a fork with suspension,
a kickstarter engine instead of running it on .
it will be green /purple and 4 times smaller then the real k5 sm

i keep this project sleeping for a while ,

there,s no time ,no money, but i have wild plans
it will be a 70cc
 i try make this bike  a copy of the k5,s genuine shape,
including the purple seatcover  :lol:

it will be alot of work ,i make it,s shape  all out of 2mm sheetmetal

tomorrow pics are coming,i have build the frontend ,with suspension,
i made a tank and the whole idea starts to fall in place
it is a very very small little bike ,with k5 looks to the details :lol:

some pics of it ,

im way further as for the tank is designed,
the numberplates have been made too.

the pipe is completely welded and fitted
frontwheel is in it ,
rearfender and frontfender are mounted

these pics come tomorrow  8-)
it,s ugly in this pics ,but wait for more pics :-D

its barely kneehigh hahaha ,a baby kx
mom and dad k5 are happy so are the two bro,s  :lol:

now i ll kick the fire back in the motor ,
then tune it rip it out ,and start with grinding and filling :|

to be honest ,it is impossible to stay alive then ....
but the 70 cc will have a few ponys tho ,ill be running it tommorow

i did the shakedown and finetuning,it runs nice now,
bars have been cut down to dimensions,
twinwall welded on to the bars

it rips till 30mph  :lol:

now i ll take it all apart for grinding ,sanding ,filler ,paint

ive been playing with the midi sumo,
finaly its looking k5ish

now im up to do the mini sumo ,it will be done likewise

it s nice ,and this week ill start tearing it down for paint
