i bought a 1991 kx 125 needs new top end i was wondering if i could bore it out and throw a piston in it or does it have to be sleeved

The 91 had a plated bore and will need to be replated or will need a sleeve installed.

Check with US Chrome, Eric Gore or Lukes, they might have a cylinder ready to go.

thanks i just bought a pro x sleeve and piston kit for 150 bucks hopefully all goes well.
