55 to 59 stock rear wheel hp .. depending on some things like what head gasket your running ..450s make around 50 modedfied in the test i have seen..some of your mods are good for makeing it more ridable ..but theres a lot of other factors on any combo ,,before i would guess what power you are making

thanks stewart. im running the standard head gasket kit
im not very good at tuning .
i have 168 main 55 pilot, needle is secound from bottom air screw 2 turns out. running castrol tts at 40.1
the boys at work were mighty impressed i cut out the reed spacer with a 4inch angle grinder holding it in one hand and the alloy plate in the other . misses said i was an idiot. but me loves me k5.

is it the .040 fiber gasket or a thinner steel gasket like.017 or .010

hi stewart it has a fibre gasket on the base and just standard steel one on top i changed the piston to a wiesco about 25 hrs ago and it had a thicker alloy base gasket on the base i was told that you cant reuse them so just bought a complete gasket kit, the piston i took out had a b on top dont no what that means, bike run sweet just like doing the little bits and pieces that i can manage, not like your killer kx,s the boys at work eyes pop out when i tell them what you can do. cheers.
