Title: 2001 KX250 Fork Oil Level

What is the correct fork oil level for a 2001 KX250 (dune riding)?  What viscocity of oil should I use as well? Any info is appreciated!

I don't have the book, but I would say 90-130mm 5wt is standard, but you can use 2.5 ore even 1.75, depends on what you want to do, how heavy you are, how aggressive and so on.
