Title: Rad Valve to fit a 1988 Kx250

Hey guys im rebuilding a 1988 kx250 engine and the intake rubber is shot . The v force list thier reed as 87 to 2004 compatable so will the Boyesen Rad Valve be the same ?  Boyesen say on thier page that they are model specific . Or is that just so you will buy a new 1 if you swap bikes .

Intake rubber on kx250 88 to 90 and kdx250 91 to 94 are all the same part number 16065-1168 , later versions could have the same bolt pattern and carb angle looks different , with out having them parts lying around it hard to say,

Thants a pretty good point , perimiter frames would have a differnt airbox & boot lay out perhaps. Thanks for the imput :-)
