Title: 22mm offset clamps
Post by: KXDINO on July 30, 2016, 09:45:17 AM
after riding some of my bikes i jumped on the kx250f 09 and didnt like the turn in at the first part of the corner , not very confident inspiring so started looking for some 22mm clamps which i found , pro circuit ones were fitted to replace the 23.5 mm stock ones , yep 1.5 mm made a big difference , no more slip on the entrance and could square the corner with confidence , a good improvement. i glad kawi are making good handling bikes as in the 17 kxf and 16 450 and you dont have to fix the handling like on the older kxf and the 05+ kx250 2t ,only thing that needs attention is the showa air fork 15.to 17 model 450 to the new spring conversion and get rid of the stiction caused by the air and seal drag , makes them go threw braking bumps a lot better and no more pumping just set and forget.
