Hi all,
I have just brought a 60 and a 65 of a guy who wasn't sure of the years what's the best way of finding out for sure? Need to get some parts ordered.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Cjames33, welcome to the site!  Assuming you are in the US, you can tell your year by checking the 10th digit of your VIN.  Here is a breakdown of what that digit means:

Kx060b-0-0778 that's the older one
Jkbkx065aaa034309 newer one

I love the UK, it's one of my favorite places to visit.  So much history and culture.  I found this VIN decoder (https://vindecoder.eu/ (https://vindecoder.eu/)) that is recommended by Interpol.  The newer bike came up as this:

Unfortunately the older bike would not work on this decoder.  I'll keep digging to see what I can come up with.  In the meantime, can you post some pics of the bikes?  Here's a guide that shows how to post using Photobucket:
