Title: New 4 stroke owner carb help

Hey all just bought me a 2009 KX250F been along time since ive rode. Well the carb needed cleaned and decided to clean it today but noticed the jets wasnt from factory i dont think and was curious if it had a jet kit in it
 
Main jet is #138
Pilot #40
Starter jet i think  #68
The Needle is a NFLR and clip is on 3rd
 
was another jet in bottom of carb in bowl think its called Leak jet which I never removed or adjusted since I'm not familiar with these carbs and setup and the air/fuel screw was only out about a turn and when i removed it only a spring no o ring or nothing
what's the factory specs on these carbs and adjustments btw

this is straight from owners manual main 182 pilot 40, jet needle NHJT , LEAK JET 55 , CLIP POSITION 4 , ON MY 09 WENT TO A 180 MAIN AND 42 PILOT AND 50 LEAK JET FOR SEA LEVEL HOPE THIS HELPS
