Title: 1989 roller project kdx 200
Post by: 454x on January 07, 2016, 01:45:36 PM
I just bought a roller with no motor for sixty bucks.  Other than being left out side everything is in really good condition.  I want to make this bike unique, any suggestions?

Not sure anyone has ever stuffed a 500 motor in one.  You could pick up a lighting coil from Alward and wire up all the lights to make it look like a stock KDX500, the enduro terror Kawasaki never made!

Maybe a painted pipe, stock silencer, factory style graphics...

Well I just picked it up today for 40 bucks. Couldn't let it just wither away. Don't know if I should keep it or flip it.

If you can get a decent price for it I would flip it.
Then use the money to get something a bit newer if at all possible.
Parts will be easier to find.
