Title: KX250 Clutch cable
Post by: GRARA on November 11, 2015, 09:38:06 PM
Anyone know if there is a difference between a 94 clutch cable and a 98 clutch cable? They are different part numbers but they look the same???

Thanks GRARA

it could just be a length difference, or a slightly different bend in the short section that's metal sleeved.
The end nubs that hook into the lever and clutch arm should be the same.

did you happen to inspect the clutch, to see if it's needing new plates/springs?....it may not, I was just curious if you took a peek in there.

New friction plates fitted July this year Foxx4Beaver so pretty sure it's all ok...I think it's just the wrong cable I've been given at the shop...94 cable on order
