Title: Handle bar clamp cones , rubber or billet pros and cons?

So my rubber cones have perished and i need to buy new , i have the option
Of billet aluminium or OEM rubber , i guess the rubber offer shock resistance?
And what is the advantage of billet over rubber , could somebody please help
Me before i purchase :-D
