Title: Kdx 125 shock absorber

Hi, I have a kdx 125 from 91 with a worn out shock absorber. I figured that if I instead of buying one for the kdx I would buy one for a kx. Will this work and which kx year will fit my bike, I can only find shocks from the 92 kx 125.

Since no one answered I get to answer myself.
I bought a shock from a kx 125 from 93 and got it to fit with some smaller modifications on the frame.
