So just to make sure the bike  i have is what i was told i figured od check the vins. I was told the bike was a 90. The frame vin is Jkakxve18la003370 and the engine is Kx500BE012089.
I think i read tht the 10th digit  on the frame  is the year mine is L meaning a 91? But unsure of the engines year. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

you do have a complete '90 bike....here's the legend....the 1st post by Danger4u2 is the frame #'s, and the 2nd post from Sandblaster is the engine I.D.'s...

Ok sweet thanks. I wasnt sure cuz not all the numbers matched on the engine vin

yeah with engine numbers....you just have to find the year that your numbers fall in between, on the legend.
